Born into a family that helped pioneer Affiliated Business Arrangements (ABAs), Brooke Landow Chang is a second-generation title professional with more than 30 years of family-rooted industry experience behind her. Having worked across virtually every facet of the title business, Brooke developed a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to move a transaction from contract to close while protecting the people involved along the way. Before leading Apex, Brooke spent a decade advising prominent Central Florida title companies on compliance and operations. That experience gave her a unique perspective on the industry, combining hands-on title knowledge with an extensive understanding of underwriting, compliance, and the complexities that can arise behind the scenes of a real estate transaction. Brooke saw an opportunity to build something different: a title company that didn’t simply process transactions, but advocated for the agents, consumers, and partners it served. The day after welcoming her son, Wilkes “Wilkie” Chang, Brooke took the leap and acquired a title company, bringing that vision to life as Apex Title Services. Today, Brooke leads Apex with the same philosophy: find solutions, communicate clearly, protect the transaction, and get to the closing table. Alongside an experienced closing team, including closers with more than 20 years in the industry, she has built Apex to confidently navigate everything from straightforward residential closings to highly complex files. Her background in ABAs also allows Apex to offer real estate professionals innovative, compliant partnership opportunities designed to create value beyond the individual transaction. But Brooke’s approach has always been about more than getting a deal closed. She believes a great title partner should make the entire process easier for the Realtor and their client. That means anticipating challenges, taking strategic action when problems arise, and working behind the scenes so the agent can remain the trusted problem-solver at the center of the relationship. From contract to closing and beyond, Brooke and the Apex team bring experience, tenacity, and a client-first mindset to every transaction. At Apex, the goal isn’t simply to get the job done. As an experienced Title Processor at Apex Title Services, Michelle is particularly skilled at managing luxury, high-volume, and detail-intensive transactions, where accuracy and service are equally important. Having worked closely alongside Senior Closer Brandy Valentin for years, Michelle has supported transactions for some of Central Florida’s top-producing Realtors, developing an understanding of the elevated expectations that come with serving high-level agents and their clients. She approaches every file thoughtfully, carefully managing the details from title review and document preparation to communication and coordination between all parties. With five years of experience in the title industry, Devan brings a strong combination of financial, operational, and transaction expertise to Apex Title Services. Working largely behind the scenes, she plays an essential role in making sure the details that happen after and around the closing table are handled accurately, efficiently, and on time. Devan’s experience spans title insurance, post-closing, funding, escrow, and transaction support, including wire transfers, escrow disbursements, premium payments, and funding processes. Her background in accounts payable, vendor payments, policy remittances, and financial reconciliation gives her a particularly strong understanding of the financial side of title operations and the precision required when managing client and transaction funds. But Devan’s role extends far beyond post-closing. She provides critical administrative and operational support across the company, working closely with closers, underwriters, agents, lenders, vendors, and internal teams to keep transactions moving and ensure the back end of each file is completed properly. Known for being dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to jump in wherever she’s needed, Devan helps connect the many moving pieces that clients may never see but that are essential to a successful closing. At Apex, Devan is one of the people making sure that what happens behind the closing table is just as seamless as what happens at it.

As Executive Administrative Assistant and Marketing Administrator at Apex Title Services, Shannon Casey works alongside Brooke Landow Chang as her right hand, helping turn big ideas into action and keeping the many moving pieces behind Apex moving forward. Shannon brings a uniquely well-rounded background to the team, including 11 years of experience in BSA/AML compliance and more than a decade of combined experience across the mortgage and title industries. That background gives her an understanding of both the operational and client-facing sides of a real estate transaction, along with the attention to detail that comes from years spent in highly regulated industries. She also knows the agent experience firsthand. As a RE/MAX Prime Properties Realtor with The Whitehouse Group, Shannon brings a Realtor’s perspective to Apex’s marketing, events, partnerships, and agent initiatives. She understands what real estate professionals actually need from their title partners because she works in the business alongside them. At Apex, Shannon’s role touches a little bit of everything, from executive administration and marketing strategy to events, partner relations, brand development, and the countless details that keep ideas moving from concept to execution. If Brooke has the vision, there’s a good chance Shannon is somewhere behind the scenes helping make it happen. Part administrator, part marketer, part Realtor, and professional keeper of the moving pieces, Shannon helps keep Apex organized, connected, and always moving forward.
